Teachers Health Trust Members are welcome to make appointments for:
- Annual Wellness Exams
- Sick Visits
- Mammograms (No referral needed)
- Basic Lab Tests, Immunizations, etc.
Schedule at a school near you. Appointments are available from 12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Monday, September 25, 2023: Sunrise Mountain High School
- Tuesday, September 26, 2023: Liberty High School
- Wednesday, September 27, 2023: Centennial High School
LIMITED WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE. This is not exclusive to the members solely at these schools. All members have access to create an appointment. Preventative care appointments are covered at no cost, copays may apply for all other services.
