I'm calling to follow up on a letter we recently sent you regarding the upcoming open enrollment period. Our goal is to ensure you have all the information you need to make informed decisions about your benefits for the upcoming plan year. Have you had a chance to review the letter?
I noticed that you currently have waived all coverage with Teachers Health Trust. Do you have health coverage through a carrier other than THT?
Do you receive benefits as a dependent under your spouse or partner's plan?

THT can provide medical, dental, and vision for you for as little as $15 a month. Would you like me to send information on these options?

Spousal/Domestic Partner Supplement Plan: This plan reimburses 100% of all medical/pharmacy copays, deductibles, and coinsurance amounts for you and your dependents covered under your partner’s medical plan. This plan has a $0 premium. Dental and Vision plans are optional with a supplemental plan. We have $0 dental and vision options available, or you can choose plans with an additional premium depending on your family size.

Hospital Supplement Plan ($0 Premium) – THT reimburses $260 per day (overnight / 24-hour period) of hospitalization up to a lifetime maximum of 365 days. This plan has a $0 premium. Dental and Vision plans are optional with a supplemental plan. We have $0 dental and vision options available, or you can choose plans with an additional premium depending on your family size.

If you are considering changing your primary medical plan, here are some of the new benefits we have added to our Signature plan that may better support your well-being and that of your family.

 

  • Health Investment Program ($0 Copay) – Having trouble getting an appointment? We have providers committed to expedited appointments for THT members. Additionally, all covered services performed by these select providers will be 100% covered by THT.
  • In-Home Urgent Care ($0 Copay) – THT members can now use Doctoroo, DispatchHealth, and IncrediCare Pediatrics as in-home urgent care providers, all at a $0 copay. These services are available 365 days a year.
  • Specialty Drug Program ($0 Copay) – We know specialty medications can get expensive. That is why we have launched a new program that fully covers the cost of select specialty medications.
