Currently, Collaboration Center Foundation offers 1:1 case management assistance to access community services through their vast network of referral partnerships such as:
- Treatment and Therapy
- Support Services
- Recreation and Community Inclusion Programs
- Health and Wellness Programs
- Vocational Training
- Life Skills
- Educational Training and Workshops
- Psychology, Psychiatric, and Medical Services
