If you’re feeling ill, have a healthcare provider care for you in the comfort of your home. DispatchHealth is an at-home Urgent Care benefit available to you from 8 a.m. – 10 p.m., 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays. An appointment must be made.
Requesting a DispatchHealth visit is simple:
- Request a visit from DispatchHealth.
- Wait for their arrival at your home during your scheduled time.
- Following your appointment, your team will call in your prescriptions and update your doctors.

Contact DispatchHealth for: acute illnesses, COVID-19 testing (check for availability before you arrive), sprains, minor burns, cold and flu, and more.
If you have the Signature Plan, your copay is $30.
For life-threatening and time-sensitive injuries and illnesses, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. DispatchHealth shouldn’t be used in a life-threatening emergency and doesn’t replace your primary care provider.
